2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • A photo of the issue (if applicable)

  • A short description of the problem

3. Late or Undelivered Orders

If your delivery hasn’t arrived by the expected time, please check your confirmation email or text updates first.

4. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it by contacting us directly.
After this window, we begin cold-pressing your juices, and cancellations are no longer possible since ingredients are freshly prepared to order.

5. Quality Guarantee

We take pride in producing 100% natural, preservative-free juices. All bottles are handled in a temperature-controlled environment and delivered fresh.
If you ever receive a product that does not meet our quality standards, please notify us right away and we’ll make it right with a replacement or store credit.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds (for damaged or missing items) are issued via the original payment method or as store credit, depending on your preference. Refunds typically process within 1–3 business days.
